I decided to made a vegetable menu for our dinner. I just feel we need it since it is very nutritious. We've been eating dry menus lately so definitely my family would love to have vegetables for a change. It is called Pinakbet. It has 5 different kinds of vegetable in it so it is a very healthy food. It's my father's favorite and i am sure he will definitely appreciate it.
